History

The founder, Chairman of NAFECOT MR. ROMEL O. SEVILLA initiated the Federation of Youth being one of the under privileged student of our contituent, Katuparan, Commonwealth, Quezon City.  He organized small groups of youths, who were literatie ion Computer Technologists and trained them to be technicians and solicit unserviceable computers to be assembled, repair and put to action or becomes serviceable.
